Reach Out Tour '08: BlogHer DC Is Open for Registration!

We are pleased to announce that the second stop of the first-ever BlogHer road show, the Reach Out Tour, is officially open for registration!

BlogHer DC '08 will be taking place on Monday, October 13, at the Hyatt Regeny Bethesda. It will feature many of the same elements of our annual event, along with a little local flavor.

The exact agenda and speakers have yet to be announced, but you can plan for the day to begin with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and continue through a networking cocktail reception from approx. 6 - 8 p.m.

All of our Reach Out Tour stops will follow this basic format, and the fee for a full one-day event plus cocktail reception is $100. (Reception-only tickets are also available for $25.)

DC has a sort of stodgy reputation,
fashion-wise

I think tiaras would be a good symbol for this conference. : )

Yay, DC area!

It's so easy for me to hop on the bus and get down there from NYC. If I'm not working that day or in school, I'll be there! Of course, that requires me to know where I'll be working or if I even am accepted to school, so this is oddly more complicated than it should be. But I'm excited, and hopefully I'll be there!

Definitely coming!

I just started blogging so a trip to San Francisco wasn't happening. But this is right in my home town!  Looking forward to it (and I'll try to dig up my tiara). And now that I live in the burbs I'm incredibly jealous of all of you that live 10-15 minutes away. I mean really - who grows up in the city and moves to the suburbs?
