The answer is simple – are you happy with your exercise
routine. Does your treadmill turn you on?
Now I will not talk bad about the treadmill. It serves a
purpose and is extremely useful to those who are unable to go to an
establishment and take classes. But ladies lets face it, you get on a treadmill
and you walk. Then you walk some more. You imagine yourself in some exotic
location, but the moment you open your eyes where are you. You are back home
and still in the same spot.
Do you know what becomes of most treadmills? They enter the
wasteland of additional coat racks. A
treadmill says use me when you feel like it, not use me because you love me.
Several women have told me they believe other women consider
the pole intimidating. I strongly disagree. Women are more courageous than most
people think. It is the perception that if I pole dance someone will consider
me a stripper that discourages most. I understand so I want to expand your
thinking.
What is pole dancing? Pole dancing is a natural aphrodisiac.
It’s like having a giant joystick and you are the commander in chief. With
practice you can become good. Even more, it an actual workout and you can lose
weight. Pole dancing can strengthen your
core area by tightening muscles supporting your hips, torso, shoulders and
back. Core strengthening is fundamental
in achieving total fitness.
Now a treadmill will race your heart, but it doesn’t scream
B-You. At B-Risque
Fitness women are
encouraged to be themselves and embrace their sexiness. Tell me ladies don’t
you want to feel sexy. If you answer yes try pole dancing.
Ask yourself…What’s edgy about a treadmill…but a pole!!!
