The challenge in that one would be

in finding good rhubarb! The recipe sounds great, though. My dad dearly loved rhubarb pie, and had it very rarely, because it was so seldom stocked in stores, and when it was, it would be tough and yucky. Now that it's farmer's market season again, I'll be on the lookout!
