Welcome to my W.A.Y.A. blog!! You are probably wondering what the heck is W.A.Y.A. It stands for "Who Asked You Anyway"!

And the "You" in this case is yours truly. Let me give you a little history of who I am and it will all make sense in the end. I'm a mother of 3 beautiful children who are my pride and joy. My oldest son,Tyler, is 5going on 40. My second son,Trent, is 3 years old and still in the terrible 2 stage (my brother calls Trent a punk, some term of endearment huh?!). My third child, Sophia, is 10 months old and is the happiest, cutest and most vocal little girl (gee, I wonder where she gets that from) I know. I am a stay-at-home Mom, or as I like to call myselfa "Household Engineer, (H.E.)". Doesn't that have a nicer ring to it?! And every time I gave birth to another baby, I get promotedso my official title currently is V.P. of Household Engineer. ;-) But we all know who's the captian of this ship, right?!

My family and friends have all told me that I am very opinionated and very blunt (I'm working toward to be more subtleNaaaah!), and have a say in everything. But the funny thing isthey all come to me and ask for some kind of advice, be it pregnancy, childbirth, child rearing, cooking or just anything on their mind. I might not have all the answers, but I sure will give them my (you guessed it) opinion. So I guess the next question you might want to know is how did I get started with this blog. My sister-in-law has just given birth in November and we went into the hospital to visit her, and my brand new handsome nephew sneezed and I told my sister-in-law that it's ok if he sneezes, it's not a sign that he's sick but a sign of a healthy baby. And my sister, who was also there visiting, said "who asked you anyway!" And they all told me to put my opinions to good use and here I am.

This blog will give me a chance to rant and rave on anything and everything. And I hope you will write in with your tips and advice as well (I'd like to think I have all the answersbut maybe I don'tscratching my head right now). Sometimes (emphasis on the sometimesI find it difficult in getting advice or tips on the most basic of questions on the Net. So I hope this will be a "meeting place" where we could all go for simple answers, tips or advice on everyday conundrums.
