I may be insane
but I think I really want a pair of the new skinny jeans. I know you're not supposed to relive fashion you lived the first time around, but some of the straight (not tapered. That brings back too many memories of Duran Duran and scrunchies) legged ones are...cute. And they make your legs look really long.
Skinny Jeans?
Yeah, I'm feeling the urge to go out and buy a pair of skinny jeans too...but for my figure (short, but not exceptionally skinny, legs), I don't think that I can pull it off :). But if you can do it, go for it! The adage that you're not supposed to relive fashion got thrown out when "40 is the new 20" and "60 is the new 40" burst onto the scene. As long as you adapt the trend for what makes sense for you NOW, you should be fine.
