I am a 29 year old blogger desperately trying to figure out who I am before I reach 30. That's pretty much not going to happen, so I'm just having fun figuring it out. In the next year I plan to move out of state, change careers - quit my job for my masters, and possibly (?) get engaged. This should be VERY interesting.

I also suffer from bouts of depression and anxiety and I refuse to be quiet about it as though it's some sort of defect. I struggle with these issues, weight, identity, happiness, but I try to do it with wit and humor. And that's pretty much what you get at Jurgen Nation. (Pronounced "Yurgen", not "Jergen". The J sounds like a Y.)
