It's time to stop eating holiday cookies and candy. Do you think you can do it? Probably not as long as they are still in your house.
If you have leftover holiday cookies or candy in your house, you need to get rid of them. It doesn't matter how you get rid of them, just GET RID OF THEM.
You can throw them in the trash or give them to a neighbor, anything to avoid being tempted to eat them yourself.What will you do with your leftover holiday cookies and candy? Also See:

Do you find yourself getting less exercise during the cooler months? If so, you may also notice you gain a few extra pounds when it's cold outside. But there is something you can do, and it's something you don't even need to make any extra time for.

Diet and exercise are important for good health, but did you know laughter is too? If you want to be as healthy as you can be, than laughter needs to be part of your healthy living regimen. Is it?
Here are some of the Health Benefits of Laughter:
Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases infection fighting antibodies. It increases our attentiveness, heart rate, and pulse.
What does better health mean to you? Eating better? Losing weight? Getting more exercise? Reducing stress? Well, it's actually all of those things, and more. It's also something different for everyone. I'm going to be taking a holistic approach for the next 61 days, looking at all aspects of healthy living. Some things may seem like common sense, but it's funny how we often need a little nudge or reminder.
I've been toying with happiness lately, actually all my life, I guess. Perhaps we all search for that blue bird of happiness, hoping happiness will settle in our spirit mystically. But as someone who struggles with depression, and I don't mean simple, everyday blues, I sometimes go on journeys into self, screaming for answers, whispering, and humming too. I think half of me is content more than half of the time, but the other half must be whipped into bliss.
