Katherine Stone, a WebMd Health Hero!

The print version of the WebMD the Magazine has been sitting on my desk for a couple of days and I never found time to open it. Typical, I rarely find time to read it.

Reducing Election Day Stress and Anxiety.

By now, if you are like me, your election stress level is through the roof. But, it's time to let go of your stress. Once you have placed your vote, the outcome is out of your hands (let's face it, it was never in our hands). So, why worry about something that you will not be able to change? Regardless of the outcome, you will wake-up tomorrow morning, and your life will go on as it always has.

Here is a video clip of the FISA ad with the "truth" pointed out...

Teen Drivers and Twitchy Eye Syndrome

I've known this day was coming since the first day I held my son in my arms. The day he would start driving. I don't know about other mothers, but this is sending me right to the edge of sanity. Since the first day (three weeks ago), I have had a constant twitch in my left eye. I don't think it is a coincidence...I think it's most likely an outward physical manifestation of my subconscious fears and anxieties over my son driving. I just made all that up, but you know what I mean, right?
