The BlogHer Bookstore & Internet Cafe, brought to you by iRobot, will be selling titles from authors within the BlogHer Community. Along with an espresso bar, wifi and charging stations, the bookstore will feature author book-signings -- so be sure to stop by! The schedule is below.
UPDATED: Please note that childcare registration will remain open until all spaces are filled. There's still a few open spaces, so we encourage you to sign up asap!
BlogHer is pleased to announce that, following a comprehensive search, we have agreed to partner with KiddieCorp to provide on-site childcare on both Friday and Saturday of the event (July 18 and July 19).
KiddieCorp comes highly recommended, and we're confident that they will offer attendees' children a safe and fun experience.
The BlogHer in Second Life conference is excited to offer a new twist to this year's festivities- not only can you blog about your experience, but you are also encouraged to submit an iReport to CNN.com.
Oh, but that is NOT all!
CNN.com is offering some amazing training sessions for BlogHers:
Tuesday, July 1, 2 p.m. SLT/5 p.m. ET - SL iReporting 101
Tuesday, July 8, 2 p.m. SLT/5 p.m. ET - Avatar photojournalism
Tuesday, July 15, 2 p.m. SLT/5 p.m. ET - Virtual world newsgathering
How amazing is that???!!!!
Amongst all the amazing schwag in your BlogHer '08 conference tote, be on the lookout for something very cool - the BlogHer laptop sticker, courtesy of Sticker Giant!
These were printed with 2 Pantone color matches on a laminated vinyl stock, and are extremely easy to remove if need be (I should say move, not remove. We can't think of any reason why you would want to remove it!).
